Responsibility
Compliance is the responsibility of every employee at MRI, our Compliance Framework lays out clear expectations on how we seek to conduct our business.
Likewise, our suppliers are expected to align their business practices with our Compliance Framework as detailed in the Supplier Expectations document.

Due Diligence
MRI counterparty due diligence processes are aligned with the laws and regulations that govern the jurisdictions where we operate, and are aimed at ensuring that MRI contracts with responsible and reputable business partners.
Our sourcing practices are aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and the Swiss Ordinance on Due Diligence Obligations and Transparency Regarding Minerals and Metals from Conflict Areas and Child Labor.
Grievance Reporting
We encourage everyone to report, without fear of retaliation, any conduct related to MRI’s business activities which they reasonably believe to be inconsistent with Our Framework.
